Most Orlando hotels let us leave it at the front desk or with bell services, so it's ready when you check in. That includes the high rises on International Drive.
A few properties ask for a meet and greet, where you take the scooter from our driver in person. Every Disney Resort works this way, along with Westgate resorts and Universal hotels like Loews Royal Pacific and the Hard Rock Hotel. We call 10 to 15 minutes before we arrive, and our driver gives you a full orientation in the lobby. Staying in an Airbnb? We deliver right to the unit.

Which Mobility Scooter Should You Rent in Orlando?
The Compact and Endurance are both portable, so they work with rental cars and rideshares. The Victory 10 models are bigger and don't break down, so we rent them only to guests staying at a Walt Disney World or Universal Resort and riding resort transportation. Not sure which fits? How Do We Clean Every Scooter Between Rentals?
All of our scooters go back to our warehouse after every rental, no exceptions. We test the battery and charger first to confirm proper charging and capacity, then run a mechanical inspection. Only after a scooter passes both does it move on to cleaning.
Cleaning takes three steps. We start with 120 psi air nozzles to blow out all the debris. Next comes a full top to bottom clean with automotive grade solutions on every hard and soft part, including the seat, armrests, and handles. Then the scooter moves to a separate area, where we sanitize it with medical grade solutions and wipes and finish with a sanitizing fogging machine that reaches everything else.
